Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your Eagle Technologies purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to start a return
Email contact@eagletechnologies.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as unannounced returns can't always be matched to an order.
Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
Limited warranty
Eagle Technologies cables and chargers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a product fails under normal use within that period, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we'll arrange a replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modification, liquid exposure, or normal cosmetic wear.
Items we can't accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items missing original packaging or with damaged retail packaging
- Products damaged through misuse or accident
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and case-pack orders are governed by the terms on the invoice or quote rather than this consumer returns policy. Defective units are replaced or credited on your next order. Contact us to arrange this.
