Product images are representative; minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Charging speeds depend on your device, the charger, and the cable used together, and stated figures are maximums under optimal conditions.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Product safety

Use Eagle Technologies products as intended, with compatible devices. Do not use a product that is damaged, frayed, or exposed to liquid. Do not attempt to repair or modify our products. Discontinue use and contact us if a product overheats or behaves abnormally.

Intellectual property

The Eagle Technologies name, logo, product designs, site content, images, and copy are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including a valid shipping address and contact details. We're not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information you provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale purchases are additionally governed by the pricing, minimums, and payment terms stated on your quote or invoice. Where those terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the invoice terms apply to that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
